- •2.BMI: 18.5 â?? 29.99 kg/m2
- •e GFR > 60 ml / minute / 1.73m2
- •Non-cardiac, non vascular major plus
- •surgeries (NICE grade 4)
- •ASA I to III
排除标准
- •ASA IV and above
- •Emergency surgery
- •Jail inmates, HIV patients, Pregnant women
- •Patient receiving contrasts during surgery
- •Intraop MAP < 60 mmHg for more than 10 minutes
- •Hypotensive anaesthesia
- •Known case of nephropathy, chronic kidney disease
