Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •2\.BMI: 18\.5 â?? 29\.99 kg/m2
- •e GFR \> 60 ml / minute / 1\.73m2
- •Non\-cardiac, non vascular major plus
- •surgeries (NICE grade 4\)
- •ASA I to III
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA IV and above
- •Emergency surgery
- •Jail inmates, HIV patients, Pregnant women
- •Patient receiving contrasts during surgery
- •Intraop MAP \< 60 mmHg for more than 10 minutes
- •Hypotensive anaesthesia
- •Known case of nephropathy, chronic kidney disease
