- •Age > 5 years and below 50 years.
- •Patients giving consent for the study

- •Metabolic fat disorders.
- •Local pathology in lower abdomen and buccal mucosal areas.
- •Patients refusing consent for follow up or investigations.
- •Pregnant patient.
- •Patients with any other underlying systemic disorders.
