Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Age 20-60years.
- •2.Sex: Both male and female.
- •3.The patients of Vatarakta having serum uric acid > 7mg/dl in males and >6mg?dl in females and all 3 essential symptoms with or without non essential symptomatology.
- •4.Symptoms of Vatarakta(According to Ch.Chi.29/20,21,22,23)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age.
- •Patients having serum uric acid >10.3mg/dl in female s and >11.6mg/dl in males.
- •Complicated cases of Vatarakta with other systemic disorders ,renal diseases,like Uncontrolled Diabetes, uncontrolled thyroid disorder,renal diseases,hepatic diseases,cardic patients,psoriatic arthritis etc.
- •Complicated cases of vatarakta by its updravas like Hikka,Moorchha,Moha,Visarpa,mansa-koyh,angulivakrata etc.
- •Complicated cases of gout with chronic joint deformity,marked dysfunction,discharging tophi,etc.
- •Pregnancy and lactation.
- •Rheumatoid Arthritis,Osteoarthritis,Psoriatic arthritis,known cases of SLE,Renal diseases,Hepatic diseases,patients on anti-tubercular drugs,cardiac patients on low doses of aspirin.
