Inclusion Criteria

adults aged above 18 years of either gender posted for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with in situ endotracheal tube, requiring rapid sequence intubation, pregnant women and those with the pathological conditions that could alter anatomy of face and neck such as burns related contractures, tumors or swellings involving head neck area shall be excluded.
