Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade II ansd III preeclamptic parturients proposed for lower segment cesarean section under sub arachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. patient refusal
- •2\.deranged coagualtion profile
- •3\.infection at the site (l3\-l4\)
- •4\.spine deformity
- •5\.raised intracranial pressure
- •6\. moderate to severe cardiopulmonary compromise
- •7\. psychiatric dsease
- •8\. gestational diabetes
- •9\. moderate to severe hepatorenal compromise
