Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Students recruited from colleges of Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy
- •2\) Age: 18\-26 years
- •3\) Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD\-7\) score \= 8
- •4\) Adequate proficiency in the English language for understanding and
- •filling out the research questionnaires.
- •5\) Normal or corrected vision
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Difficulty in comprehension of the research questionnaires
- •2\)Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD\-7\) score \< 8
- •3\) Musculoskeletal disorders that cause difficulty in writing or walking
- •(Upper or lower limb fractures)
- •4\) Vestibular issues or dizziness
- •5\) Individuals who have difficulty for acclimatization on the treadmill
