Brief Summary

retero pelvic junction obstraction is one of the most popular common disease in urinary tract deformity. The advantages of conventional laparosopic pyeloplasty are few physical invation, and short hospitalization compared with open surgery. However, it was shown that inexperienced surgeons have difficulty with suturing procedure, so that it needs learning curve. Moreever, it has been considered to be a problem with long operative time.

Inclusion Criteria

1, Ureteropelvic junction obstruction
2,Patients with symptoms such as fever, pain, stone
3,Patient who wishes robotic assisted surgery

Exclusion Criteria

1,History of intra-abdominal surgery
2,Pregnant women
3,Serious complications
4,Patients who do not want robotic assisted surgery
