- •elective OPCABG
- •Sinus rythm preoperatively
排除标准
- •preexisting atrial fibrillation
- •patients receiving amiodarone after onset of POAF
- •concominant valve surgery
- •permanent pacemaker
- •severe hepatic or thyroid disease
- •death within 24 hours
