Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The patient or immediately family has smart phones.
- •Patients under coronary angioplasty
- •Patients undergo coronary artery bypass surgery
- •Patients undergo heart valve surgery
- •Patients undergo cardiac transplantation
- •Patients who have completed informed consent and are willing to enter the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Primary phase after acute coronary syndrome (up to two days)
- •Untreated arrhythmia
- •Acute heart failure
- •Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic upper than 200 or diastolic over 100\)
- •Advanced coronary artery blockage
- •Acute Myocarditis and pericarditis
- •Congenital heart failure and cardiomyopathy
- •Acute systemic diseases (creatinine more than 3 and liver enzymes more than 3 times)
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes
- •There is a clot in the heart
