Inclusion Criteria
•Patients with diagnosed cancer
•Patients with ICU admission
•Adult patients (Age > 18 years)
•Patients who could communicate with medical and paramedical staff in English / Hindi / Marathi languages and whose records are available in English / Hindi / Marathi languages
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients with diagnosed psychiatric disease
•Any CNS pathology or interventions
•Discharge or death within 24 hours of ICU admission
•Blind /Deaf patients
