简要总结
This study provides updated information on the incidence of postoperative mortality at the largest tertiary hospital in Thailand, indicating a lower number of postoperative deaths than in previous studies and reports. These findings can serve as a valuable benchmark for quality improvement initiatives within the hospital setting. Furthermore, the POSPOM score demonstrated its utility as an alternative tool for identifying patients at an increased risk of perioperative mortality
