Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Teeth diagnosed symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, or pulp necrosis with or without apical periodontitis
- •Primary root canal treatment cases
- •Fully developed single rooted teeth with single canal
- •Systemically healthy patients
- •Teeth with enough crown structure for adequate isolation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of sinus track
- •Pregnant patients
- •Excessively short ( \< 15 mm ) or long ( \> 25 mm ) roots
- •Irrestorable tooth
- •Endodontic re\-treatment cases
- •Tooth with severe periodontal disease ( periodontal pockets \> 3 mm )
- •Teeth with calcified canals and complex root canal morphology
- •Curved root canals of more than 25 degrees
- •Presence of internal / external resorption
- •Patients with extra oral swelling
