Inclusion Criteria

  • College Students Aged between 18.00 to 30.00 YRS With Musculoskeletal Pain (Shoulder Pain) Due To Smartphone Use, Travel, Ergonomics, Backpack Use.

Exclusion Criteria

  • College Students who are below 18.00 years and above 30.00 years old with Shoulder or Back Injuries or Injured.

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Pain Relief will be assessed after the complete practice of 01 month yoga asanas.

Time Frame: 4 weeks.
