- •1. Healthy adult patients
- •2. Maxillary and mandibular molars
- •3. Vital teeth indicated for root canal for endodontic, periodontal and prosthodontal reasons
- •4. Moderate to severe bleeding from the pulp chamber either from a normal/ hyperemic pulp on initiating access cavity preparation
排除标准
- •1. Patients on anticoagulants
- •2. Active intravascular clotting
- •3. Subarachnoid hemorrhage
- •4. Hypersensitivity to Tranexamic acid
- •5. Pregnancy of lactating mothers
- •6. Upper renal tract bleeding
- •7. Hemorrhagic diathesis
- •8. Occular conditions like defective color vision
