Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All adults in the age group of 40\-79 years with anyone of the following CV risk factors will be included in the study:
- •Known family history of CVD
- •Alcoholics (Low intake)
- •Lack of physical activity (Moderate to severe)
- •Pre\-hypertension
- •Hypertension
- •Pre\-diabetes
- •Dyslipidemia
- •Insulin resistance
- •Retrograde inflammation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severe alcoholics (Alcohol has more influence on cardiovascular and autonomic functions)
- •Sportspersons
- •Known heart diseases
- •Receiving hormonal therapy
- •Severe Kidney diseases
- •Other endocrine disorders
