BMI >30  Class 1 (low-risk) obesity, if BMI is 30.0 to 34.9.
Max heart rate 220-age
VO2 max â?? personalised step test
Females (both married and unmarried)
Age 18 to 35 years
PCOS selection based on Rotterdam criteria
Samples include all phenotypes of Obese PCOS women
Right handed females
MOCA 19 to 25/30 mild cognitive impairment
Clinically diagnosed cases of obese PCOS women.
Presence of cognitive complaints
Diabetes
Hypertension
Other causes of irregular or absent menstruation and hirsutism such as hypothyroidism, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, cushing syndrome hyperprolactinemia, androgen secreting neoplasm
Neurological conditions like dementia, parkinsonism
Recent injury or surgeries
Pregnancy
Uncooperative patients
