入选标准
- •adult patients presenting to emergency department in shock.
排除标准
- •• Patients with known cause (With final diagnosis, Gastrointestinal bleeding) Patients who have received treatment from outside hospital.
- •Patients in cardio pulmonary arrest and post CPR.
- •Pregnant females.
- •Patients not willing to participate.
