入选标准
- •1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I - II.
- •2. Males or females aged 18-60 years.
- •3. Scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia in supine position with neutral position of neck
排除标准
- •1. Patient with pre operative sore throat or upper respiratory tract infection.
- •2. Patients with history of cardiac, liver or renal disorders.
- •3. Patient with duration of laryngoscopy > 15 seconds.
- •4. Patients already taking systemic corticosteroids or furosemide.
- •5. Known allergy to the test medications
