- •Nursing Officers who are working in the operation theatres at AIIMS, New Delhi.
- •Operation theatre Nursing Officers who have completed at least 3 months of service and who have participated in surgical procedures.Â
- •Operation theatre Nursing Officers who are available at the time of data collection.
- •Operation theatre Nursing Officers who are willing to take part in the study.

- •Nursing Officers from units other than Operation Theatre.
- •Operating Room Nursing Officers who are sick or not available at the time of study.
