Elderly; 1) age from 60 to 80 years, both male and female, 2) diabetes patient risk group that were screened with high blood sugar levels greater than 126 mg / dL. After nothing per oral for 8 hours, 3) diabetes group, it was diagnosed by a physician and registered in sub-district health promoting hospital between 2018 to 2020 with a blood glucose level ranging from 140-250 mg / dL. and has been treated by medication, 4) no mental or physical disorders such as dementia or paralysis, and 5) voluntarily participate in research program.
