- •Patients = 19 years old, who will undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia

- •American society of Anesthesiologist physical classfication = III
- •Patients who can not attach a BIS sensor to the forehead or zygoma area
- •Operation time within 1 hour
- •The possibility of difficult mask ventilation
- •The need of awake intubation
- •The possibility of difficult intubation
- •craniofacial anomaly
- •The patients who reject to participate in the research
