Inclusion Criteria
Adult subjects both vegetarian and non vegetarian with type 2 diabetes mellitus, with or without nephropathy
Exclusion Criteria
-Subjects with chronic diseases other than diabetes, requiring long term medication.
-Patients on antibiotics, immunomodulators, probiotics.
- Any terminal illness and end-organ failure.
