入选标准
- •1. 20~ 70 old aged woman (cancer detection time based)
- •2. histological confirmation of invasive breast cancer
- •3. margin negative result at the breast conserving surgery
- •4. underwent breast conserving surgery 6~12 months before
- •5. underwent mammography, ultrasonography, and breast MRI regularly 6~12
排除标准
- •1. GFR (glomerular filtration rate) < 30 mL/min/1.73m2, or known chronic renal failure
- •2. Acute renal insufficiency of any intensity, either due to hepato-renal syndrome or occurring in the perioperative liver transplantation period.
- •3. Distant metastasis at the time of breast conserving surgery
- •4. Pregnant or lactating women
- •5. History of contraindication of contrast enhanced MRI such as claustrophobia, hypersensitivity to intravenous contrast media
- •6. Contraindications to the use of Gd-containing contrast agents (including subjects who are suspected for or known to have NSF)
- •7. History of severe allergic or anaphylactoid reaction to any allergen including drugs and contrast agents.
- •8. Patients unable and/or unwilling to comply with treatment or study instructions.
