1. All patients with non specific low back pain.
2. Age 18 years and above
3.Visual Analogue Scale ( VAS) equal to 3 or higher to check severity
4.Decrease hamstring flexibility on AKE( Popliteal Angel)
5.Positive Schober Test
6.Hypomobility of intervertebral segment in join play.
•Red flags for irritability( Pain persists for >30 minutes)
• Any recent history of fracture or injury at back.
• Unwilling to participate in the study.
• Recent surgery around lower back, hip, knee.
• Patients with radicular symptoms
• Known pathological conditions like spondylosis, spinal stenosis, PIVD, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis.
