Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients diagnosed as per the criteria for mild and moderate depression as per BDI(Beck Depression Inventory).
2.Age between 16 to 50 years.
3.Patients of either gender,irrespective of socioeconomic status.
4.Patients with history of depression less than two year.
5.Patients who were under medication for depression previously but not using now.
6.Patients ready to sign informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with other psychiatric disorders.
2.Depressive phase of substance abuse disorder.
3.Pregnant women.
4.Patients with suicidal tendency/thoughts.
5.Post Schizophrenic Depression.
6.Patients with Hypotension.
