Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients diagnosed as per the criteria for mild and moderate depression as per BDI(Beck Depression Inventory).
- •2\.Age between 16 to 50 years.
- •3\.Patients of either gender,irrespective of socioeconomic status.
- •4\.Patients with history of depression less than two year.
- •5\.Patients who were under medication for depression previously but not using now.
- •6\.Patients ready to sign informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with other psychiatric disorders.
- •2\.Depressive phase of substance abuse disorder.
- •3\.Pregnant women.
- •4\.Patients with suicidal tendency/thoughts.
- •5\.Post Schizophrenic Depression.
- •6\.Patients with Hypotension.
