- •1. ASA Grade I and II.
- •2. Enrolled for elective forearm and hand surgery.
排除标准
- •1. Any known hypersensitivity or contraindication
- •to ropivacaine, dexmedetomidine
- •2. Pregnancy, lactating mothers
- •3. Hepatic, renal or cardiopulmonary abnormality,
- •4. Alcoholism, diabetes, long-term analgesic
- •5. Bleeding diathesis, local skin site infections
- •6. History of significant neurological,
- •psychiatric or neuromuscular disorders
- •7. Patients having any history of drug allergy or
- •prolonged drug treatment.
