Aged years 40-60 years,Who have radiological x-ray findings, Who have made American rheumatologic criteria (crepitus on active joint motion, morning stiffness <30 minutes duration, age >38 years, bony enlargement of the knee on examination, bony tenderness of the knee on examination, no palpable warmth), Unilateral knee OA, Insidious knee pain for at least 3 months, Both male and female were included, Participants who were willing to participate
Body mass index more than 35 kg/m2, Additional related lower limb orthopedic pathology, Other rheumatological diseases, neurologic disorder that impairs daily function, History of severe muscle injury, uncontrolled hypertension, Current or past (within 4 weeks) corticosteroid use, History of hip or knee joint replacement or tibial osteotomy, Intention to start or currently participating in a supervised lower limb strengthening program, Uncontrolled diabetes.
