Prolonged use of digital devices has led to an increased occurrence of computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome not only causes ocular symptoms but can also cause musculoskeletal issues such as neck pain, forward head posture and upper cross syndrome. Forward head posture can lead to a reduction of craniovertebral angle and reduce the strength of muscles. Mackenzie exercises have been used as a means of treating individuals with spinal mechanical issues and have been proven effective for forward head posture and neck pain. Scapular strengthening exercises are used to strengthen the muscles and have been shown to improve the strength of scapular muscles and improve forward head posture. Our study aims to combine both Mackenzie and scapular strengthening exercises to understand their effects on craniovertebral angle , muscle strength and scapulohumeral rhythm in individuals with computer vision syndrome.

入选标准
- •All gender participants in the age group of 18 to 30 willing to participate in the study All participants with diagnosed computer vision syndrome.
- •Participants with a cranio-vertebral angle less than 48-50 degrees.
- •Participants with altered scapulohumeral rhythm.
排除标准
- •Individuals who are undergoing strength training.
- •The individuals who have a history of neurological disorders.
- •The individuals with recent trauma or fracture in the neck or shoulder region for the last 6 months.
- •Individual unable to comply with the study protocol/follow instructions.
- •Pregnant women Individual with a BMI of more than 30 according to the Asia Pacific scale for BMI.
