Inclusion Criteria
Cramping Pain in the Lower Abdomen
Pain Starting Shortly before or at the Onset of Menstruation
Patient willing to take USG whenever necessary
Patient with a WaLIDD Score of 5-12
Exclusion Criteria
Present Pregnancy and Lactation
Secondary Dysmenorrhoea
History of Trauma
