- •70 female patients with ASA class 1 and 2
- •Age range of 18 to 70 years old
- •Candidates for elective surgery by gynecological laparoscopy to apply myomectomy in Shahid Sadoughi Hospital
- •Completing the written consent form
排除标准
- •BMI over 30
- •Diabetes or other underlying disease
- •Abdominal surgery as well as a history of chronic pain
- •Taking anti nausea drugs and vomiting 48 hours before surgery is a long-term use of painkillers, addiction, sensitivity to anesthetics and dexamethasone.
