1. Patients 50 years of age or older who are going to undergo cataract surgery with phacoemulsification. 2. Patient who signs the informed consent form. 3. Regular corneal astigmatism up to 1.0D. 4. LIO power between 0D and 34D. 5. Patients to be implanted with the lens under study (LUCIA 621P LIO) during cataract surgery.
1. Patients who do not provide informed consent. 2.Patients who do not understand the study procedure. 3. Irregular cornea (e.g. keratoconus). 4. Previous corneal refractive surgery. 5. Ocular abnormalities or pathologies that could reduce visual function or LIO stability (e.g. severe amblyopia or macular degeneration).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The refractive and visual outcomes of patients undergoing cataract surgery with the implantation of hydrophobic monofocal aspheric hydrophobic intraocular lens (LIO) with C-loop LUCIA 621P haptics will be analyzed. The results obtained are intended to add more information to the published literature on this LIO.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluation of the patient's visual acuity, ocular aberrations, contrast sensitivity and subject satisfaction.
