Inclusion Criteria

The patient with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrom
Age between 25 to 55

Exclusion Criteria

Hypothyroidism
Diabetes
Pregnancy
Lactation
History of truma or surgery on wrist
Peripheral radiculopathy or neuropathy ( except carpal tunnle syndrome)
