1-Age: Patients age 18–65 years, of both sexes.
2- Cirrhotic candidates for hepatic resection with Child-Pugh classification (A).
1- Patient refusal to participate in the study.
2- Patients with severe coagulation disorders and those on anticoagulants.
3- Body mass index higher than 40 kg/m2 4- Patients with pacemakers and
cardiac arrythmia.
5- Patients with skin infection at puncture site.
6- Patients who are allergic to any of the study drugs, those with opioid addiction.
7- Patients who will develop major intraoperative events (eg, severe
hemodynamic instability, massive blood loss and massive blood transfusion.
