Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\-Age: Patients age 18–65 years, of both sexes.
- •2\- Cirrhotic candidates for hepatic resection with Child\-Pugh classification (A).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\- Patient refusal to participate in the study.
- •2\- Patients with severe coagulation disorders and those on anticoagulants.
- •3\- Body mass index higher than 40 kg/m2 4\- Patients with pacemakers and
- •cardiac arrythmia.
- •5\- Patients with skin infection at puncture site.
- •6\- Patients who are allergic to any of the study drugs, those with opioid addiction.
- •7\- Patients who will develop major intraoperative events (eg, severe
- •hemodynamic instability, massive blood loss and massive blood transfusion.
