1. Scheduled or limited for cardiac valve replacement with Cardiopulmonary acupuncture bypass patients aged 40 to 75 years old;
2. ASA I-III;
3. First thoracotomy;
4. Signed the informed consent form.
1. Suffered from the contraindication of TEAS including the local skin breakage, infection or planted with the electrophysiology device;
2. Unable to communicate and coordinate with the researcher, such as suffering from language comprehension deficits or mental diseases;
3. Certain/suspicious addiction with alcohol, analgenics or other drugs;
4. Preoperative placed intra-aortic balloon pump or ventricular assist device;
5. Severe dysfunction of liver or kidney meaning one of ALT, AST, ALP or TBIL is 2 times higher that normal or creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min or serum creatinine > 177umol/L;
6. Non-first-time thoracotomy;
7. Emergency surgery;
8. Participate in the other clinical trial 3 month before the enrollment.
