Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Five stages of chronic kidney disease;
  • (2\) Aged between 18 and 80 years;
  • (3\) Regular hemodialysis (3 times a week, 4 hours each time), more than 3 months;
  • (4\) Regular use of drugs to correct complications, such as renal anemia, metabolic acidosis and renal osteopathy;
  • (5\) HAMD score of depression scale is over 10;
  • (6\) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to GanYuPiXu.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Temporary dialysis for acute renal failure or chronic renal failure with reduced frequency or detachment from dialysis;
  • (2\) Acupuncture points include limb absence, vascular access, hemangioma, scar, rash, etc.;
  • (3\) Severe complications of dialysis, such as acute cerebrovascular disease, acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, coagulation dysfunction, fracture, etc.;
  • (4\) Acupuncture was given within 2 weeks before treatment;
  • (5\) Antidepressants have been used within 2 weeks before treatment;
  • (6\) Take traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese patent medicine for GanYuPiXu within 2 weeks before treatment;
  • (7\) Language or mental retardation, unable to answer and fill out questionnaires smoothly;
  • (8\) Reproductive women without contraception, pregnant and lactating women.
