Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Five stages of chronic kidney disease;
- •(2\) Aged between 18 and 80 years;
- •(3\) Regular hemodialysis (3 times a week, 4 hours each time), more than 3 months;
- •(4\) Regular use of drugs to correct complications, such as renal anemia, metabolic acidosis and renal osteopathy;
- •(5\) HAMD score of depression scale is over 10;
- •(6\) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to GanYuPiXu.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Temporary dialysis for acute renal failure or chronic renal failure with reduced frequency or detachment from dialysis;
- •(2\) Acupuncture points include limb absence, vascular access, hemangioma, scar, rash, etc.;
- •(3\) Severe complications of dialysis, such as acute cerebrovascular disease, acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, coagulation dysfunction, fracture, etc.;
- •(4\) Acupuncture was given within 2 weeks before treatment;
- •(5\) Antidepressants have been used within 2 weeks before treatment;
- •(6\) Take traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese patent medicine for GanYuPiXu within 2 weeks before treatment;
- •(7\) Language or mental retardation, unable to answer and fill out questionnaires smoothly;
- •(8\) Reproductive women without contraception, pregnant and lactating women.
