Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •HealthyLIFE is a combined lifestyle intervention for overweight adults (BMI 25\-30\) and a (moderate) increased risk of CVRM or DM2, or with obesity (BMI\> 30\), whether or not in
- •combination with one or more chronic limitations (eg COPD, Osteoarthritis, mild dementia). Also, the participants must have a health insurance policy at the Dutch health insurance companies CZ, VGZ Zilveren Kruis or one of their subsidiaries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •A lack of motivation to participate into the intervention or having medical problem(s).
