Inclusion Criteria

1. Clinical diagnosis of chronic urticaria (CU) (2017 WHO diagnostic criteria for chronic urticaria);
2. Aged 18~70 years old male and female;
3. Mixed allergen in vitro examination (ingestion + inhalation) for negative;
4. Patients who have not used corticosteroid hormone drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and immunosuppressive drugs within 4 weeks.
5. Patients who have voluntarily participated in the clinical trial study and signed the informed consent, and can perform according to the clinical study.A

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients taking antihistamine drugs, do not receive treatment during the drug withdrawal;
2. Physical urticaria, genetic vascular edema and other clear causes (such as drugs, infection, etc.) caused by urticaria;
3. Patients with hematologic tumor, autoimmune disease, upper respiratory tract infection, being treated with anticoagulant drugs and systemic glucocorticoid therapy;
4. Pregnant and lactating women.
