Inclusion Criteria
Patients with a complete MRI emergency stroke protocoll including perfusion imaging within 9 hours of onset.
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindications to MRI according to routinely used consent forms including pacemaker, implanted drug pumps, pregnancy etc.

Name Time Method Prediction of reperfusion based on MRI baseline measurements (ADC, perfusion, FLAIR) in treated and untreated patients.
