Inclusion Criteria
- •\-age between 40 and 85 years
- •\-Clinical signs for PD according UK Brain Bank Kriterien
- •\-currently no medication for PD
- •\-age between 40 and 85 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-indication for atypical PD (such as early falls, early and severe autonomic dysfunction, early dementia, supranuclear palsy)
- •\-known severe vascular encephalopathy
- •\-Known neurological disorder
- •\-known PD within first degree relatives
