Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\-age between 40 and 85 years
  • •\-Clinical signs for PD according UK Brain Bank Kriterien
  • •\-currently no medication for PD
  • •\-age between 40 and 85 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-indication for atypical PD (such as early falls, early and severe autonomic dysfunction, early dementia, supranuclear palsy)
  • •\-known severe vascular encephalopathy
  • •\-Known neurological disorder
  • •\-known PD within first degree relatives
