Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II of either sex.
- •2\.Age between 18 to 65 years.
- •3\.BMI \>\= 20 to \<\= 35 kg m \-2\.
- •4\.Scheduled for fistula in ano surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders.
- •2\.Pre\-existing local infection at the site of saddle block.
- •3\.Pregnant lactating women.
- •4\.Contraindication or allergy to bupivacaine and diclofenac.
- •5\.Patients having hemodynamic instability.
- •6\.Patients having pain in any other area other than surgery site.
- •7\.Refusal by the patient.
- •8\.Patient having sensory or motor problem in the lower limb.
