入选标准
- •1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II of either sex.
- •2.Age between 18 to 65 years.
- •3.BMI >= 20 to <= 35 kg m -2.
- •4.Scheduled for fistula in ano surgery
排除标准
- •1.Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders.
- •2.Pre-existing local infection at the site of saddle block.
- •3.Pregnant lactating women.
- •4.Contraindication or allergy to bupivacaine and diclofenac.
- •5.Patients having hemodynamic instability.
- •6.Patients having pain in any other area other than surgery site.
- •7.Refusal by the patient.
- •8.Patient having sensory or motor problem in the lower limb.
