Inclusion Criteria
Patients having features of Mukhapaka (vrana, ruja,ragata)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with oral carcinoma
Patients diagnosed with leukoplakia
Ulcers of more than 14 days.
Oral ulcers due to chemotherapy.

Name Time Method Oral ulcer activity - number, colour, size, site, duration and ulcer free period. <br/ ><br>Ulcer related pain - evaluated on visual analogue scale (VAS). <br/ ><br>Functional status - evaluating effects of oral ulcer on tasting, speaking, eating, chewing, and swallowing. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Oral ulcer activity-everyday for 7 days. <br/ ><br>Ulcer related pain-everyday for 7 days. <br/ ><br>Functional status-everyday for 7 days.
