Both sexes; over 40 years old and under 75 years old; clinical or radiographic diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis; symptomatic for at least 3 months; with internet access via smartphone, willingness to participate in the research and who sign the informed consent form (TCLE)
Arthroplasty or previous knee surgeries; another reason for the joint symptoms such as a tumor, inflammatory joint disease, or patellar tendinopathy; other symptoms more pronounced than osteoarthritis symptoms such as chronic widespread pain or fibromyalgia; cardiovascular, respiratory or neurological medical restrictions that make it impossible to participate in this study; inability to walk, go up and down stairs, sit down and stand up, cognitive impairment and who are undergoing physical therapy
