入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Term gestation (37 weeks 0 days and 41 weeks 6 days) with labor.
- •2.Spontaneous onset of labor.
- •3.Singleton pregnancy.
- •4.Vertex presentation.
- •5.Cervical dilatation of less than or equal to 4cm in first per vaginal examination.
- •6.Absence of significant co-morbidities such as antepartum or postpartum hemorrhage, uncontrolled diabetes, preeclampsia, eclampsia, severe anemia (Hb less than 7 g/dL).
- •7.Absence of significant medical or surgical morbidities.
排除标准
- •1.Emergency caesarean section (those initially enrolled will be excluded).
- •2.Previous caesarean section.
- •3.Major congenital malformation either diagnosed before birth or after birth.
- •4.Severe adverse neonatal outcomes as defined by the following
- •a.Intrapartum stillbirth.
- •b.Need for neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation requiring PPV for 30 seconds or more or chest compressions.
- •c.Neonatal death at less than 72 hours of age.
