- •3. Subjects not taking HRT(Hormone replacement therapy)
- •4. Subjects who are willing to give consent for the study

- •1. Subjects with known case of malignancy
- •2. Major neurological condition such as stroke
- •3. Subjects with known case of severe gynecological disorder
- •4. Subject having systematic disorder such as type II DM,metabolic syndromes
