American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA PS) 1-3
20 to 70 years
Patients undergoing general anesthesia undergoing thyroidectomy
Patients without preoperative vocal cord anomalies
Patients with a tumor size less than 2 cm
Patients with anticipated difficult tracheal intubation (Mallampati class = 3)
Patients with respiratory disease
Patients with sore throat, neck pain, and dysphagia
Obesity (BMI> 30 kg / m 2)
Previous Oral and Pharyngeal Surgery Patient
Patients with Rarecurrent Laryngeal Nerve
