1. In line with the diagnosis of chronic non-specific neck pain: refer to the diagnostic criteria of the American Physical Therapy Association APTA 2017 Neck Pain Clinical Practice Guidelines for Western medicine diagnosis.
(1) The pain is limited to the neck, occiput, or the area behind the shoulder blade;
(2) Pain lasts more than 3 months;
(3) Neck pain caused by no trauma, infection, tumor, nerve and other specific causes;
2. It may or may not be accompanied by headache, restricted movement or stiffness in one or more directions of the cervical spine.
3. Aged from 18 to 60 years old;
4. Visual analog scale VAS pain score> 3 points or more (0-100 mm);
5. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
1. Severe complications such as heart disease, liver disease, hematopoietic system disease or malignant tumor, etc.;
2. Have a history of cervical spine surgery and neck trauma;
3. Have other treatment methods such as muscle relaxant injection, acupuncture, massage, plaster, etc. within one month before receiving this study;
4. Patients with functional assessment such as severe visual impairment, hearing impairment, cognitive dysfunction, sensory aphasia;
5. Pregnant and lactating women.
