Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod

1)To identify the potential physical, psychological, anthropometric and functional risk factors for hamstring strains in runners.

Timepoint: Total duration of study is 1 year. in first 3 months, 50 athletes will be assessed to determine the risk factors associated with hamstring injury. Will be assessed SIC physiotherapy department to determine the risk factors of hamstring injury.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1)To develop an equation for prediction of hamstring strain in runners.

2) To identify and compare peak torque in previously injured hamstring with uninjured hamstring.Timepoint: In 3 months, statistical analysis will be done, based on which equation will be derived to predict the risk of hamstring injury. Further peak torque of injured and non injured players will be analysed to identify the strength deficit
