Inclusion Criteria

Both genders
minimum age 18 and maximum 70
Visual analogue Scale >5 on first step in morning
Informed consent
Symptoms duration more than 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

Previous surgery of plantar fasciitis,
Pregnancy
Pacemaker fitted
Bleeding disorder,
Any tumor of treatment site
calcaneous stress fracture checked by squeeze test
