Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Both genders
  • •minimum age 18 and maximum 70
  • •Visual analogue Scale \>5 on first step in morning
  • •Informed consent
  • •Symptoms duration more than 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Previous surgery of plantar fasciitis,
  • •Pacemaker fitted
  • •Bleeding disorder,
  • •Any tumor of treatment site
  • •calcaneous stress fracture checked by squeeze test
