- •Informed consent
- •Symptoms duration more than 6 months

- •Previous surgery of plantar fasciitis,
- •Pacemaker fitted
- •Bleeding disorder,
- •Any tumor of treatment site
- •calcaneous stress fracture checked by squeeze test
